Sunil Arora (IAS)

Former Chief Election Commissioner of India

Mr Arora is a retired Indian Administrative Service and  has held constitutional post  as Chief Election Commissioner. He has over 40 years of experience of driving governance and policy reforms at the Government of India (GOI) and various state governments.

He has served as Chairman of the Association of World Election Bodies (A-WEB), as  Secretary to the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting (I&B) as well as the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (SDE). Mr Arora has also been an advisor to Prasar Bharati, India’s largest Public Service broadcasting agency as well as DG & CEO of the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs.

Vinay Mittal (IRTS)

Former Chairman, Union Public Service Commission

Vinay Mittal is a Indian Civil Servant who has served as Chairman of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) and former Chairman of Railway Board.

In his capacity as the Chairman of the Railway Board, Mr Mittal functioned as the Ex-officio chairman of the Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India (DFCCI). Under his leadership, DFCCI achieved many milestones including completion of over 90 per cent of land acquisition with all environmental and forest clearances.

Mr. Mittal also worked as the executive director of Traffic Transportation (Movement) in the Railway Board.

Balbir Verma (IRS)

Former Principal Director General of Income Tax (Administration), Government of India

Ms Verma has had a distinguished career in Indian Revenue Services and retied as Principal Director General of Income Tax (Administration), Government of India, and has led various revenue departments across the country. Ms Verma, in her tenure as an IRS officer, has been instrumental in bringing about a few policy-related changes that shape the country’s taxation laws.

A distinguished businessman with over two decades of experience in the FMCG industry. Mr Nanda is a devotee of Lord Hanuman and is blessed and chosen to be building #HanumanJi4dham of 108 feet Hanuman statues in all four directions of India through the HC Nanda Foundation. First one of them was inaugurated by then honorable CM of Himachal Pradesh Shri PremKumar in 2010 followed by 2nd one in West India inaugurated by Honorable PM Shri Narendra Modi.

Dr. Bhalla is presently serving as Advisor to the Government of Nagaland. He has served the Government of India in various capacities for more than 37 years and the parliament of India as Secretary of Lok Sabha (Lower House) from 2015 to 2018. He served in various capacities at some of the country’s top and most prestigious organizations, such as the Food Corporation of India as Head of Personnel, as an officer of Bank of Baroda, and as a taxman in the department of Central Excise and Customs, among others.

Mr Batra is renowned corporate, commercial, and public policy lawyer and counsel with nearly 30 years of experience. He is elected vice-president of SAARCLAW (South Asian Association for Regional cooperation in law) and has also been the longest serving Secretary General of SAARCLAW.

Mr Batra had been associated with various projects of UNDP, UNAIDS, UNESCAP, and ADB as was awarded prestigious Mahatma Gandhi Seva Medal by the Gandhi Global Foundation for effectively connecting legal communities of the SAARC nations.

Mr Shrivastava is former chairman cum managing director of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited where he was appreciated for the growth of GSM mobile business of BSNL. Under his leadership, about eight million new GSM line with state-of-the-art technology were added in BSNL GSM Network.

Mr Srivastava led developmental activities worth thousands of crores under his tenure and managed considerable revenue for mobile segment. Mr Shrivastava also LED TCIL’s task force in Zimbabwe and has been a part of the 6th G-15 Summit in Harare.
